      Pros

      CSC aggressively adopts new technology and readily views it as an enabler to provide leading solutions and has an extremely high number of very talented thought leaders which I greatly enjoy working with.

      Cons

      CSC is a very large company but seems run as a collection of small companies. The upside is each unit can remain agile. But the negative is getting these individual units to work together so each can benefit by combining the power of which each brings to the table as a strength never seems to work. So it's ineffecive as best I can tell.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
