      Pros

      only possible Pro I can think of is the name brand recognition; other people in the industry that you are about to interview with, may recognize the name, then feel sorry for you.

      Cons

      this is the worst place I have ever worked. And I have worked for other Fortune 500 companies. The company is directionless, falling apart, as evidenced by the split into two. The commercial side is abysmal, with contracts being regularly cancelled as cusotmers know the company is useless now. 72% of the people in my immediate group, are gone. Lawrie is only in it for his stock, and is driving the company into the ground.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
