my co workers were great for the most part. They were just as frustrated as I was. I hope they can get a better job soon.
Cons
The only thing CSC cares about is growing larger by buying other companies and reducing head count to make their profits look better than they really are. TERRIBLE company!!! They have made so many changes that it is impossible for any one to get a descent 6 month or yearly review and that means no pay increase, no cost of living increase etc...while at the same time all of the upper big wigs get their huge bonuses for keeping the cost down. Very nice. CSC big wigs talk about their CORE values which they don't go by, the only value they go by is how much bigger their bank accounts can get on the backs of what labor force is left after 3-4 head count reductions of letting go of 500+ people at a time. Great values CSC!
