      Technically challenging, always changing always new challenges facing different clients continuing education on different Technologies

      Cons

      CSC MANAGEMENT changes in company policy doing away with vacations requiring people to take vacations to help the company bottom line constant reductions in force all in an effort to make numbers for the hpe merger. The company may not last long enough to make that merger the way they're going.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
