      Pros

      Great challenging opportunities. Provided me continuous progression opportunities. Always use to operate as small business. It use to have pension plan and always gave me stocks and bonus.

      Cons

      Over last three year, company's culture changed. It is focused on financials and not employees or customers. Everybody is reacting to these priorities and nothing to do with actual work. I had to fire employees even though they were billable but had less profitability.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
