Horrible company to work with.. No employee satisfaction. every quarter list of people to be fired with medium and highly paid resource. Salaries are very low and they will sign a bond before offer in india for 3 years with offshore employee. Lots of people are suffering because they cant go out because of bond and these guys wont increase pay. It is like jail, where you will only given food for work, like slaves.. horrible company now a days.. They fired all good management and they have only managers with no management skill.
