      Pros

      There are some great people here but they are all looking for new jobs.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership with no respect for employees. They treat people like garbage. Attrition is double a normal firm. Cuts have gone too deep, customers are suffering from failed projects. Work life balance doesn't exist, they will work you like a dog and then toss you to the side. Run away from this toxic company.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
