Pros

It is an ocean of talent, and shares similar culture and values across the global CSC offices. Its wealth of experience, friendly coworkers that enables you reach across Org hierarchies, geographic boundaries makes working a true pleasure and an enriching one. Definitely a progressive broad minded place.

Cons

The organisation structure can sound complex for new joiners who are introverts to get a grasp.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
