Pros

Peers work extra hard to try to make a go of a tough situation and are very well-meaning in their efforts to support the mission as stated by CSC.

Cons

You are on your own for most of the work you do. Few areas have offices so you are almost always remote. Support resources are continually peeled back. Constant lay offs breed fear. Loss of co-workers lowers morale. Resources for delivery on offerings are inadequate.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
