Pros

Some truly outstanding talent ( but organisation too thick to realise it ) Travel ban meant work from home 5 days a week - what's not to like ? The organisation has done a great job lining the pockets of the senior management Little else to commend it as it crashes into HPE to make a bigger tin and ...errr something else provider

Cons

Little support from senior management - constatnt barrage of cutting costs and increasing revenue regardless of quality of service Disdain for customers - the US management just couldn't give a damn about UK customers which UK businesses wont forget Difficult to square if you want to do a good job for your clients

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
