CSC as an organization is marvelous.
Cons
Senior management is not aware what is going on at bottom. Always a good and hazy picture is shown to top management but reality is entirely different. Career progression is a tough iceberg people have to cut through and they are seldom able to reach other end and end up quitting their job and company is loosing quality and tenured workforce. Local Management ( I am not blaming the CSC as a company) is never bothered about the cultural and social aspect of employees. No respect to major local festivals is shown. To quote an example last year not even a single bulb was lit on Diwali or a piece of sweet was distributed. On the top of it cafeteria was closed without catering needs of employees those who sacrificed their sacred festival and availability at home with family members. These are small and important aspects of life or human touch that management has to deal with.
