      Pros

      Access to CSC's large clients, global footprint, access to breadth of services and products to offer to prospective clients, access to "experts" within company that can assist with solution strategy.

      Cons

      No strong sales management, commission is subject to change at any time, key employees have left the company or are leaving the company due to CSC's management style, compensation changes, and failure to move to the cloud.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
