      Pros

      The salary for starting out with this company is double what I could have made else where in a non DoD job. This company also offers tuition reimbursement which is helping me get another degree.

      Cons

      It seems a bit hard to move up with this company. If you were recommended a better position from management, you are unable to take it unless you have been at your current position for at least a year.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
