      Pros

      It's a job. Take a few pens home. Expect to have plenty of work (80+ hours weekly) for the 40 hours you contract for. Why hire another person when you can make everyone there just work more. Check class action lawsuits for CSC's history.

      Cons

      Expectations are unreasonable. Senior management cares about none but themselves. No growth opportunities. No lateral movement opportunities. No human resources department that has an humans in it. God is not in it.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
