Pros

Ability to do many different assignments and working for different clients. Great co workers. These people will work with you and everyone even overworked try to help each other. Good training opportunities. Can work from home. The job is what you make it.

Cons

Constant work force reductions. Sort of like working with an axe over your head. Vacation is not yours to plan since yearly they ask you to take a year typically around Dec and then before March sometimes one or both. You earn vacation throughout the year so don't count on having time for vacations April through whatever time it takes to build it up . High pressure, stress job with 45 hrs wkly min required.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
