Pros
Work ethics has been good, from my personal experience. Operates in similar lines (service model) as compared with other companies such as TCS, CTC, infy, wipro etc ... So whatever you see there - you can expect to have the same here. Greater CSC as such is doing awesome - checkout the share prices.
Cons
A very few CSC buildings are cryptic & needs renovation. You may feel like walking into a corporation building (if you happen to work in one of the cryptic centers). This is just a hearsay from within CSC (not my personal experience) - few ppl have complained that being on bench is a pressure. You'd have to quickly settle down for an assignment though it may not really meet your aspirations, OR risk being asked to leave for staying on too long on bench (no fitment). But this can be very subjective (person to person differs).
