      Pros

      CSC is not an "Up or Out" culture. No pressure to advance, so one's career can advance at his/her's own pace. Good training opportunities. Exposure to many technologies. Good people.

      Cons

      Weakness in forecasting business trends resulting in reactive, rather than pro-active policies. When business is lean management focuses on short-term fiscal goals causing a climate of "addition by subtraction" (paycuts, layoffs, etc). When business rebounds there's a scramble to catch up. Benefits are competitive, but that means they're as bad as everybody else.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
