      Pros

      A lot of good people that really want to succeed and make the company better. They have restructured their management and line layers in the last 2 years and have cut a lot of fat out.

      Cons

      On the other side, they never make a true investment in winning...at least in the area in which I worked. They simply did not know how to really focus on the things they wanted. Therefore, a company that should have had good resources for capturing new business had an ADD approach to pipeline pursuit.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
