      Pros

      Compensation is very competitive compared to other companies performing the same function. Some organizations are thin, so you have the opportunity to work with senior management, and take on new projects.

      Cons

      Benefits, such as paid time off and health insurance are not as good as other large companies. In addition, the company has experienced declines in revenues, which has translated into holiday shutdowns, forcing employees to take time off to liquidate vacation balances, and layoffs.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
