      Pros

      This is a process driven organization. With recent transformation, there's a lot of learning and growth. Annual appraisals are good if you are a top performer. CSC University and learning place is a great resource to enhance skills.

      Cons

      Hikes are only limited to annual appraisals. If you get a promotions in your role, your package doesn't get revised in proportion to the new role. This is specific to CSC India. So, if you get a promotion from a Lead to a Manager or likewise , your salary will still be hiked as per appraisal. There is no package normalization to put you in a salary range for a manager.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
