      Pros

      No variable Component, decent salary structure with perks like car loan and computer loan..

      Cons

      CSC is lacking behind in winning new projects...I was in SAP so it is from SAP practice perspective...even big accounts are now closing and the only big project is Internal. Lots of cost cutting, you don't even get a laptop unless it is very much needed for project to work in night...no work from home. Very poor communication by the managers and especially when you are in a location like bangalore no one cares about you. I joined this company thinking of multinational but it is true Indian company.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
