Pros
carries dummy Brand value of CSC US. Good for lazy people, Managers doesn't work, and are happy with non working servant type employees.
Cons
Though it is called part of CSC US, but actually it's totally myth. it is "CSC India PVT LTD". They don't even have 1% of values compared to CSC US. No growth, No promotions, bare minimum salary hike. They hire you with good salary, and then don't give you grade promotion for 6 years, and no salary hike saying your salary is good for your grade. 24 hours work, no freedom/transparency to communicate. You manager is you boss, If you are not happy with your manager, not even HR will help you. Instead HR will communicate back to your manager, complaining about you.
