Pros
Flexible working from home and flexibe benefits system Some really wonderful teams to work with - bond very well even though the majority of work is done remotely nowadays. Most of the jobsworths have been weeded out at last
Cons
Constant rounds of redundancy - never feeling safe No career progression - boundaries move all the time and no pay rises to speak of for several years, only decent pay rise was when I threatened the company with sex discrimination and even then still underpaid. Constant re-organisation - starts before the last one has finished nowadays and nothing ever makes life any easier for the people who are constantly battling a smaller and smaller workforce to deliver to clients (get sick of trying to make excuses for why we can't do things when we're not allowed to say that operational issues took our project resources away as they are the same people)
