      Pros

      quick interview. ( only 15 min for my case) nice base salary provide housing in Oakwook VA while in training provide $45 a day for expense

      Cons

      They will send whatever they want even though you got promise that you will be place in the location which you want from recruiter. Have to work as a tester although applied for IT consultant. have to learn a lot about testing in 3 weeks. Have to sign 1 year contract if you take relocation expense.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
