Pros

Provides for a friendly, laid-back work environment - great place for people who are looking for stability Good for entry-level resources Has a large cricket ground, a tennis court, a basketball court and a garden.

Cons

Not a good learning ground for managers. Back-office for US means all key project management responsibilities are with US managers. India managers are simply resource administrators. Almost zero internal movement for managers Working in a smaller center (Indore) - missing out on important career opportunities.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
