Pros

Good people that are left. Many people leaving creates opportunities for those that stay. CSC has global name recognition and brand.

Cons

Management and employees are leaving at a rapid pace and are leaving behind a skeleton company. Company is run with technology from the 1980's. Business is in a rapid decline. With the company running down quickly there are no resources to invest in people and knowledge. The company is therefore stuck in a commodity market cyclical decline and cost cutting is king. RIFs are executed in predictable and frequent cycles. Corporate has no overhead and simple requests from employees or management take months to handle or just get lost in corporate's black hole. The healthcare package offered is the worst I have ever seen. Obama care looks good in contrast.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
