Pros

I had the opportunity to work for CSC while deployed with the USMC. While most of my mission was dealing with the military and accomplishing things overseas, communication from our program manager was limited and sometimes non-existant. Overall, with my limited interaction with CSC, they weren't terrible - just not stellar.

Cons

the HR process to getting hired/quitting was absolutely ridiculous. Corporate rat race to the max. If I never have to go through such a waste of time again, I'll be a much better person.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
