      Pros

      Who want just experience without any growth can come here. You can play candy crush even when you are in meetings, learnt from senior professionals as a Associate professional. You can maintain great work life balance but not great career path.

      Cons

      No recognition to work. Gambling is more predictable than our recognition to work. They won't give you work and they tell you are not working efficiently. Finally not a good option to opt this. If you join here keeping my advice in garbage. No problem you will realize it soon...

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
