      Ability to work remotely Decent starting salary (but no increase in 3 years)

      Cons

      Toxic working environment Corporate office allows Sr. Managers to bully employees despite multiple employee complaints No accountability for Sr. Managers Project is poorly run - no standards, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants mentality No regard for employees I could go on and on but if you are looking for a mature company that values its employees, run as fast as you can away from CSC

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
