No long term strategy - uncaring towards employees - Project Manager CSC Employee Review

Constant propaganda campaign by senior management company. Short sighted decisions always made. CEO completely clue and claims to have taken CSC forward when the only thing he has done is cut costs. We are supposed to be now in a position to deliver next-gen services and we have had very few sales in this area. Why is the failure of the CEO allowed to continue? Very few meaningful payrises. In fact pay rates are are usually below market rate. Ridiculous amounts of duplicate reporting, mainly to allow the senior management to show improvements, even though no material changes for the better are ever made. All the top talent is already looking to leave as they see no future for CSC.
