      Pros

      Really big company with regards to the technology and domain. Gives lot of oppurtunities and scope.

      Cons

      - Merciless in firing people,once a project gets over we get a choice of 2-3 projects,if we dont prefer them ..the pink slip is on the way.... - Lack of respect for employees' aspirations - Managers are treated as gods.They can even influence interview process to take in candidates of their choice. - Defunct HR Dept

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
