Management has no clue the rank and file functions. Very abusive management as a complaint was made about hostile work environment by many employees. Many people were afraid to come into work or make a mistake as the manager ire would be very apparent. Very self conscious about discussions about work situations and environment. One employee received emails blasting his work ethic credibility etc on his private Comcast.net email account The employee relations department performed no useful function during process. When taking a leave of absence for medical reasons management hounded me during recovery process and screwed payroll and paperwork so bad that I had to fight and make phone calls to figure what to do figure what to do. Received about 30 pages of documentation during leave of absence and had absolutely no resource to find out what I was responsible for. multiple years of receiving and getting called into work (not on-call position) and recognized in the customers newsletter resulted in no raise and reviews were poor. Probably based on CSC quota on raises to employees

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
