      Pros

      There was nothing good about working for this company. We were outsourced to them. We call them "the company that shall not be named."

      Cons

      When I had a review, the manager gave me someone else's review. I never met my manager in a year and a half. The company is into cutting costs more than service. They lined us up by salary and were going to chop off the heavy end and replace us with minimum wage workers who knew nothing.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
