      Pros

      Very nice colleagues, most of them unfortunately have left. Calm work. Not so much to do in some days. Work is repetetive. Some of team leaders are very good.

      Cons

      1. Horrible management, who came all together from other company. They don't care about employees at all, only their bonuses, status and ego. Employees are running away from the company because of the management. There is no motivation, appreciation and supporting from them. And it's not seldom to hear from them to foul language in the office premises which is horrible. 2. The new management has changed the cleaning company, so WC and kitchen are disgusting.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
