      Pros

      The people, for the most part, are great. They have the skills needed to do the work and do it well. Seems to be growing fast outside of the US.

      Cons

      Little support for continuing training. Lack of sales support for solutions that can work. Too many people leaving for one reason or another. Too many divisions that do not talk or work together effectively or efficiently. Too reactive to the market.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
