      Pros

      You can experience SAAS and pick up terminology and confidence to work in this industry from entry level. Money is above average for Praha.

      Cons

      No development, poor management, one trick pony essentially. Once you mastered a few fixes you are left to monotonously deal with the barrage of users who cannot log in day after day. No pay progression despite your improved performance and making sure SLA's are met.. It is expected for you to become more efficient and then extra work is given as a reward. Holidays are taboo you never get authorization. Quite often management contradict each other.

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
