      Pros

      Good HR policies. Global Collaboration as a unit. Definitely this part is the best among all. You learn a lot from people. Lot of great people across the globe. Opportunities to explore ideas. Decent Work life balance

      Cons

      Definitely worst company to begin your career with. In my case, I along with many guys, we all were From IITs/NITs/BITs Pilani joined this organization. Everyone has either quite this career at IT or reached at the brink or committing suicide. Most of us guys with 8 point cgpa, put for the job which a office boy can do. To embarrassed to mention here. Utter Stupid managers[India]. Absolutely no sense of work. But definitely awesome guys at US/EU amd EMEA regions. Poor Hikes, way lower than industry.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
