Pros
A team spirit among employees, across the globe, despite senior and mid-management abuse of the employees. Most employees are genuine in their desire and cooperation to do what is right for the customer.
Cons
Senior and mid-management, everyone underneath the CEO, come and go with too much frequency. Managers are in place just long enough to initiate change, but then not to see the change through. The result is constant disruption, without a clear focus on goals. Long time employees are cast aside and new hires don't last due to the constant upheavals.
