1. Lack of organization structure - org is constantly changing and upper managements can't make up their minds 2. A lot of the partners have a chip on their shoulder because they know deep inside that they will be stuck in this company for the rest of their lives (However, 2 out of the 40 partners i met were very respectable and had a lot to learn from) - this leads to very bad culture and values 3. No pay increase - Majority of the employees did not receive pay raises for the past 3 years 4. No bonuses 5. Employees are FORCED to take vacation hours every year - seriously, what kind of company does this? 6. No training - this is a huge problem because some consultants do not have any tangible knowledge 7. Lack of projects - need to constantly worry about getting fired 8. Lack of support - the IT support team is outsourced in India, so the response time is extremely slow 9. Low salary - Salary is nowhere close to what the market offers
