Pros

Sinking ship with BIG holes.....Can't find of any to be quite honest. Except you get the pay check. I realized on first few day that I would want to move out

Cons

CSC could shut down anytime. Management is really poor from mid-level to senior leadership you got ppl who have no idea on what to do or how to be a winner. Lot of dirty politics and ofcourse with no transparency. Old process and system being used make you feel like you are the inception of tech revolution

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
