Pros
Manager, who was let go after 37 dedicated years, company vehicle, health and vacation benefits, until Obamacare took over at least, and some great fellow techs...
Cons
By the end of 2014? EVERYTHING!!! As mentioned, Health Insurance took a nose dive. Corporate spent more time investing in buying every company they could get their hands on and left employees hanging with tiny insulting annual raises of maybe 25 centso while the cost of living skyrockets. Also, the company spends countless money on salaries of useless security crews that spend their whole day driving around in more company vehicles nationwide trying to set up employees to be fired by placing a handful of quarters inside a machine and creating a service call and going back to check and see the the whole damn 3 or 4 dollars in quarters was still there??? What an incredible waste of payroll dollars that easily cost more than the few bucks in quarters they purposely stash to entrap their technicians. I have seen the most knowledgeable technicians fired because of discrepancies over quarters. There's no proof at all that a tech takes money, they just fire them for the discrepancy of the quarters being where they claim they left them. Although they have NO proof that they placed them there to begin with. The merger with MacGray has also proved to be crippling to this company, at least in the Elkridge MD district... employees are job hunting to get out in droves... Also numerous techs were ALWAYS denied job promotions clearly because managers were not willing to give up their trained techs so career oppurtunities were non exsist... save yourself from a stressful experience.
