-Very poor compensation rate -Minimal to almost nonexistent salary increases. -During my tenure of over 4 years, my direct manager evaded discussions about promotions or managerial roles. Initially part of a department with two other individuals in 2019, by 2021, I remained the sole full-time employee alongside a part-timer. Despite handling a heavier workload and serving as the merchant services point of contact, I never received any compensation for these added responsibilities.
