No work-life balance now a days. Ask to work on weekend as well. Be ready to do any kind of work either you are a developer or architect, you will have to do anything, ex. testing also. No future plan, no personal or career growths for employee. No skilled managers, they are continuing with old and in-efficient managers, who leads to improper planning and it causes developer and testers to work late night and weekends.
