Pros

CSG's people and culture are what bring me back to work every day. I am one of the few who can honestly say, "I love my job". Its exciting because of who I get to serve and work with but also the new things I get to learn day in and day out. CSGs top level leadership does a lot to 'walk the talk' in evangelizing a people first culture.

Cons

Its a busy work environment so if you like to be bored, not learn new things , and work with people who aren't accepting of you and others, then this isn't the place for you :-)
