Pros

Only and Only Culture which has been inherited from CSG US

Cons

Bengaluru Office - Rest everything is considered. Salary will be decent, not good. Mangers are all from service based org and have 0 understanding of a product based org, so expect biased decisions and financial favors if you can lick boots. Above all, HR system is broken and lazy. Things will not get done until and unless you mail or ping the HRBP personally. Lazy and pathetic.
