Everyone talks behind your back, some even making jokes to your face. Management talks a good game, but does not practice what they preach. Some things are mentioned to management, that should not be happening, but still are happening. Messed up company that only is interested in themselves. They DO NOT RECOGNISE INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION. They see the whole operation as combined effort. The hardest workers are treated just like the most lax workers and that is not fair. All you businesses that hold the same practice, are in for a rude awakening SOON.
