Good company to but needs attention - Software Development Engineer II CSG Employee Review

1. Pay - hikes are not good as product based company. 2. Promotion - Staying longer time in company not valued and prefer to hire with higher CTC than the existing employee. Literally need to beg for promotion sometimes 3. Technical Management - certain time feels like the new SaaS headed to. 4. Customer handling - in order to grow and promote the new SaaS platform, saying yes to everything leading to non quality work. 5. R&D work- in recent times r&d work isn't there at all. Feels like service based company rather than a product based 6. Very frequent changes in organisation in recent times.
