Management here is comprised of several nice people who have to work in a company like this because they are not employable in a real company anywhere else. If you look at the Linked-In backgrounds of the senior leadership, especially sales, they have to bounce around from start-up to start-up, creating positions for themselves that appear to be more substantial than they actually are. I was in a group several years back that was a new division for the company and was fired because I didn't meet unrealistic goals based upon fabricated metrics that practically NO ONE after me employed there were able to meet, and they were all let go as well! If you are unhappy in your job I would still avoid this company -- regardless of how appealing they will make it look -- and keep looking at enterprises that are publicly traded and more reputable.
