Pros
I found the interview process, onboarding and first couple of months with CSI a very positive experience. Colleagues are all very helpful & supportive, both within my team & across the business. The HR team are also pro-active, not only conducting an induction on my first day but also a 2 week & 60 day check-in to see how things are going. The company is also open to suggestions for improvement where they are spotted.
Cons
319 emails when I started, LOL, as my ID had been set up for a few weeks and in distribution lists. I wasn't set up on a couple of systems I needed, but that is hardly unusual & was quickly remediated.
