      Pros

      Pros: Everything about the company! From the initial "hiring" process, phone interview, contact and communications. The recruiters are friendly, caring, prompt with communication and above all, very professional! Their training is excellent and ongoing. Communication with "anyone" you need is almost immediate! Love it!

      Cons

      I have been with CSI for only about 3 months now. I honestly don't have any Cons in regards to the company.

      Pros

      Long term contracts, good pay, remote and on site work options, if on site you are able to travel home often (how often depends on the client), request time off, they pay for accomadations if you work on site.

      Cons

      no holiday pay unless you have a certain amount of hours accumulated, which is fair.

      Cons

      Low pay, does not increase by more than $1 over time. Hourly pay was decreased due to "operational needs" after 3 years
